A new approach to mental and physical health


Yoga is an incredible, enriching practice that significantly enhances both the body and mind. The Barefeet approach to yoga is one that is accessible, informative and fun, so that you can quickly adapt this practice into your daily life.

Our aim is to leave all those daily pressures at the door of the practice room and actively explore and challenge the mental and physical restrictions we carry with us.

Our approach to massage therapy involves working with the whole body to release tension and increase mobility. The massage studio is located in Totterdown, Bristol.

Massage is also now offered at Trika Yoga Studio in North Street, Bristol.

As the sun sets, join your fellow life-lovers around the table for a colourful selection of home-made nourishing food, before assembling round the campfire to share unforgettable memories through the night.

We're here to offer practical plans, tips and cheats to get your culinary juices flowing on a day-to-day basis. Work late hours? No problem. Have three clamoring kids? Let's help ease that burden. Intimidated by the thought of throwing a few ingredients together? We'll work in baby steps to get your confidence up!

Get in touch to book a home consultation; we'll spend a couple of hours looking at your kitchen set-up, (lack of!) spice rack and kitchen skills and ingredient sourcing. We can then work on arming you with the recipes, routine and confidence to have you producing quick, simple and delicious meals on the regular!
